Games For All an online and home based store (today), we work hard to maintain the most accurate inventory for a better shopping experience.
- If an item shows an “Add to cart” button, it means we have it on our shelves or we can get it within 2-3 days.
- If an item has an “Available on backorder” label, then and we can get the item in stock and you will be contacted once it comes in.
- If an item has an “Out of stock” label, then we sold out and can’t get the item until further notice.
Shipping Information
Games For All offers shipping via Canada Post and UPS, calculated based on product(s) size and weight. Our Standard shipping method is Expedited Parcel Service which includes up to $100 insurance and tracking. If you would like more insurance, please let us know and a small fee may be charged. Local pick-up is also available!
All packages will arrive 2-5 days in most of Canada and in the far north and other remote areas in Canada; packages will arrive 3-10 days. Please note that these delivery times are approximations. Due to the volatile nature of the postal system and factors beyond our control, we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery time.
Around the holidays the postal system in Canada is slower than normal. Please allow a few extra days for shipping.
If you would like to get your package faster, it is possible to have express shipping at an additional cost, please contact us.
Refund/Return Policy
Games For All will happily accept returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns, and will be refunded the purchase price along with any sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the problem is a game that has missing or damaged game components, please contact the game’s publisher first. They are generally quite helpful. We have provided links to most of the publishers of the games we carry.
